1) My Account

Why create a JEREMIAD account?

Creating your account allows you to manage your personal information directly track your online order and access your purchase history.

Can I place an order without creating an JEREMIAD account?

You can place your order in guest mode. By choosing this option, you will not have access to a customer account and will have to track your order via the shipping email sent by the courier. You can decide to create your account at any time using the email address used when placing your order. You will then have access to all orders placed and linked to this email address.

How do I make changes to my account?

You can update and modify your account information by going to your account page, selecting “personal information” and then “edit my information”. To delete your JEREMIAD personal account, please request this via our contact form.

How do I recover my password?

To reset your password, go to the account login page. Click on “forgot your password” and enter your email address. A password reset link will be sent to you by email. If it doesn’t appear in your main inbox, be sure to check your spam folder. The link will be active for 30 days.

After this point, you will have to repeat the process. If you do not receive an email, you can make your request via our contact form.

How do I subscribe to/unsubscribe from JEREMIAD?

To subscribe to JEREMIAD please head directly to the “Email Subscription” section at the bottom of the page and input your email address. By subscribing to JEREMIAD you will be the first to be informed of our latest products, events as well as any news from the brand.

To unsubscribe, you can click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter at any time.

You can also subscribe/unsubscribe from your customer account, under the “my personal information” section.

How will my personal data be used?

Respecting your privacy is of utmost importance to us and we do everything we can to protect it as best as possible during your visits to our website.

The information that you send us about yourself or your interests will only be used to offer you the best possible service and adapt our offers to your tastes. Under no circumstances do we sell, share, or provide your identity, cookies, personal information and location data to third parties, in accordance with our privacy policy. For your information, you will only be asked to provide your personal information for the following situations:

1. Placing an order

4. Filling out the contact form to contact our customer service department

2) Order and Payment

Can I modify my order?

Once your order is confirmed, changes cannot be made. You have 14 calendar days following receipt of your order to return it to us free of charge. As we cannot yet offer exchanges, we will refund the returned items, provided the return request and refund is confirmed.

Where can I find my invoice?

An invoice is issued for each order placed. Whether or not you placed your order as a guest, you will receive it as a link in your shipping confirmation email. For any order placed under an existing customer account, you will also be able to find your invoice in your customer area, under the “my orders” section.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other payment methods such as Apple Pay. During the checkout process, supported payment methods are displayed on the screen.

In what currency can I make my purchases?

Currencies are based on the shipping country, prices will automatically be converted to the corresponding currency upon payment for your order.

Please connect to the version of the site corresponding to your country of delivery so that you can see the price of the items in the correct currency.

You can change the version of the online store at any time by selecting it from the bottom of your JEREMIAD webpage.

Is payment on the jeremiad.ca site secure?

Our website, jeremiad.ca uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption system. This protocol allows all information exchanged between you and JEREMIAD to be securely encrypted. Thanks to SSL, your data is unreadable to any third party, for guaranteed protection. You can easily verify this security by making sure the “https” prefix and the padlock symbol in your browser address bar are present. These indicators signal that the connection is secure, thereby ensuring the confidentiality of your personal and financial data during your transactions on our site.

When will I be debited for my order?

The time the order is debited depends on the payment method used. If you make your payment with a bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), you will be charged when the order is shipped. If you use a third-party payment service (PayPal, etc.), you will be charged upon confirmation of the order. However, if an item is out of stock, we will automatically refund you.

How do I use my promotional code?

If you have a promotional code, you will be able to enter it in the “promotional code” field located on the order confirmation page at checkout.

Once validated, the offer will be automatically taken into account and you can check it has been applied to your order before making payment. You can enter and combine several promotional codes: a new field will be displayed once the first valid code is entered at checkout.

Unless you have received a “free delivery” code, promotional codes do not apply to delivery costs.

What should I do if my payment is declined?

If you suspect that your payment may not have gone through, please check that no order confirmation email has been sent to you and that no order appears in your customer account. If there’s nothing there, you can try and place your order again by checking that the payment information you provided is correct.

If you have, and yet the payment still seems to have failed, please contact your bank, who will then be able to advise you on this subject.

If a payment error occurs due to a technical problem, you will be redirected automatically to the payment page for your order. Your payment method won’t be debited. You will also receive an email confirming the payment error.

Do I have to pay customs fees upon delivery?

Regulations regarding taxes and customs duties differ per country. Therefore, depending on the country of destination, taxes and customs duties may be paid on our website when you place the order, or to the courier upon delivery. The options available to you for paying taxes and customs duties will be clearly displayed on our website when you check out.

 

3) Product Information

 What should I do about a quality issue concerning my item?

We are committed to offering the most beautiful items and take care to check and test all of the materials used to make our clothes. However, in exceptional cases, you may notice an issue with the quality of your item. Please send us the following information, in writing via our contact form:

1. Your order number.

2. The relevant item’s reference number, which can be found on the care label.

3. The issue with your item, including photos.

4. Details on how the item has been washed and any useful information to help us identify how the issue may have occurred.

Our staff will forward your request to our quality department, who will be able to evaluate your item and provide you with the most suitable solution.

How do I look after my item?

All materials are different and must be looked after carefully. Please be vigilant and meticulously follow the advice that appears on every care label on JEREMIAD items. If you do not follow these instructions and your item becomes damaged, the piece cannot be considered defective and you will not be able to request a refund.

We recommend these few rules when washing your garments:

1. Do not wash your items too often, especially jeans and knitwear.

2. Systematically separate whites and colors to avoid any color bleeding.

3. Do not wash your items above 30°C and make sure that you use a delicate spin cycle.

4. Do not tumble dry your items.

5. Do not dry clean.

What size should I order?

A size guide relating to the item concerned can be found on each of our product pages. This guide will allow you to check your measurements against the sizes offered for the item. Then, if the size does not fit, you have 14 days to return your order to us.

Our sizes may vary from one season to the next. For each item, please check that the selected size will fit, based on the guide provided.
